Steps For Requesting a New 911 Address

1. Click on the "New Address Request" link below
2. Click on Muskogee in the map.
3. Login as "guest"
4. Navigate to Muskogee County and locate your parcel or location.
5. Hit the 'Verify Structure' wording on the bottom left and navigate to your driveway location and click and the form will pop onto the screen. (see additional instructions below).
6. Fill out the form.

 To Provide Both Driveway and Structure Locations:

1. Click on the driveway location and the form will populate the coordinates in the top field.
2. Copy the coordinates (do not paste yet).
3. Click on the structure location and in the form will replace the driveway coordinates with the structure coordinates.
4. Now paste the first coordinates you copied in step 2 into the second field (driveway coordinates).
