You will see a map of Muskogee County.    Zoom in or out to  find the location you are needing the address at, or you can also use the search if you know a nearby address.   You can also click and drag the map around.

Once you have zoomed in close you will see red dots and numbers.   These represent 911 addresses that have already been assigned to houses and other structures already there.    If see an address on your structure that is the address already assigned.

If you are building a new structure, or no address has been assigned for the location you will need to request an address.   Follow the steps below:

Once you find the location you are needing an address for click the Verify Structure text near the bottom of the map then click where you need your address.   Please click on the actual location where the structure will be located, not along the roadway.

Finally fill in all the information in the form that pops up so that we can contact you.      In the comments include your email, and which roadway the driveway for the property will connect to.   If you provide your email we will reply to that email address.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to recieve your new address via email.    Postal replys will take a few days longer.

Once you receive your new address you will need to visit the local Post Office to register your address.

This will allow you to receive mail.    Map services such as Google and Bing use the postal address database for their on-line map systems.   Delivery services such as Amazon, Fed Ex, and UPS use these map services to locate delivery locations.    By registering your address with the postal service you will insure deliveries from other delivery services can find you.      We cannot register your address on your behalf, nor can we make Goggle, Bing or other online services update their maps.    If you registered your address with the post office it will be searchable on those maps the next time they perform an update of postal addresses.
